I keep these old messages here mostly because people keep finding them in Web searches, and I hate broken links. Most of those searches are about the FunLove virus, or the "Elf Bowl" game. These old postings should not be considered authoritative on those subjects!

For information on FunLove, I suggest anti-virus Web sites, like this and this. If you're wondering if the Elf Bowl game is a virus, try here or here. For Elf Bowl and related games, try a Google search, or perhaps some possibly related website like this or this.

I was wondering if you could help me. This Funlove virus has been a major head ache for me. I had Symantec Anti Virus and had gone through all their removal instructions. Finally there support group reccomended I purchase their Firewall product. I purchased McAfee's Internet Guard Dog product. Even after I installed it the virus continued to reappear. After this I discconected my NIC connection as you suggested and tried to delete the flcss file. I could not delete the file as I got a prompt saying the specified file is being used by Windows. I would really advice that might help me egt rid of this problem.

Thanks
Amit
